The driving mileage cannot be less than 200Km 2. The energy density of the battery system cannot be less than 125Wh/kg 3. The low-temperature mileage attenuation cannot exceed 35% (when the vehicle is larger than 1.6 tons, the power consumption cannot exceed 16 kWh) 4. For extended-range and plug-in models, the pure electric cruising range must be greater than 43Km.
